you have to try the Hot Tuna
We got here at 8:30pm. We didn’t get our appetizers until an hour later. The fried pickles were cold and the other appetizer was incorrect. Finally got our food an hour and a half after being seated. There were problems all night. The servers and food runners were clueless about the table numbers (outside on the patio) and they had no idea where the food was supposed to go. I completely understand that it is a holiday weekend but the service was awful.
Service was slow wasn’t that many people there., but food was good.
Total money-sucking tourist trap. If you make reservations during their 4-6pm happy hour and choose to sit outside, you are ineligible for that happy hour, which they do not tell you when you’re being seated. We ended up getting our appetizers and leaving ($65 later–appetizers and ONE drink each). I spoke to the manager, who was incredibly disrespectful and dismissive, and did not seem to care about our experience, despite the fact that we are local to this area and would have returned, had this been a good experience.
