So disappointed in the service here today! I brought my Mother here from out of town and am now embarrassed that I did. It took 10 mins for someone to come to the hostess desk to seat us, 10 mins for drinks then the sushi came out with incredibly dry rice.... The miso soup came out cold and the waiter forgot to put in our fish tacos!! I'm so embarrassed that I brought her here!
My husband and I stop here every time we are in town. We always enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and feel welcomed. Only wish we lived closer!
After a long 16 hour drive from CT to SC, multiple road bumps...and being our 16th Wedding Anniversary, we were exhausted and hungry! The concierge at Litchfield By The Sea recommended Wicked Tuna. We had one of the best meals... fresh & delicious! Came back another night for happy hour :) Would highly recommend to all visiting the area! Side Note: I'm vegetarian and found multiple options :)
We went this past Sunday. It was a beautiful day so the host sat us outside. The place wasn't busy at all. After 20+ mins of sitting down without being acknowledged by anyone and watching people who sat down after us getting served before us we got up and left.

Food would have been good if hot. Several items at our table of 7 were were lukewarm. Service was even worse. Server left drink orders sitting at bar forever. Could not even enjoy the beer I ordered before entrees were served. Didn't bring it over until I was over halfway finished with my meal. We informed the server we had time constraints and lunch still took over 1.5 hours. Visiting the restroom as we left, I witnessed a server using the urinal with one hand and texting with the other. Awesome sushi.
Food, service and atmosphere were all a 10 out of 10. I'm already planning our next trip to the coast. My husband and I had a wonderful time.
