We were a party of 15 but only 2 checks, we had a reservation for a specific time, they had our table nearly ready when we arrived, took drink orders and appetizer orders and all seemed like it went well AT FIRST... then our main waitress and her assistant disappeared and we waited OVER an hour and half longer for our meals to arrive (after 9 by now nearly 9:30 in fact) and in "waves" to boot, and they forgot the babies meal (not good when you forget to bring a 2 year old his meal)! The kitchen can't keep up and the prices are astronomically high for the quality of food. I never leave reviews but I was so disappointed after leaving here. Tables were getting up after an hour of no food. We received ours but it had clearly been sitting under a warmer for quite some time and was mediocre at best. It makes for a very hard time for the poor wait staff who are dealing with literally half a restaurant that is hungry and unhappy. Beautiful setting though.
Great food, great service!!! Some of the freshest seafood ever had!!
We have eaten here several times while on vacation. However last night will be our last. We walked in and were immediately seated. There was 8 in our party. Our waiter was good. The kids got their food almost an hour before the adults. We spoke to the manager who never said he was sorry - only thanks for telling me and that the kitchen was backed up. The restaurant was nowhere near full. For the prices they charge, there should have been better customer service.

This was the worst experience that I have had at a restaurant in a very long time. I was there with my family last night. We were a party of 15 people and were seated outside there were two other larger parties around us. The waitress seemed to be new and was waiting on us all by herself. She brought drinks and appetizers which the calamari and sushi was out of this world amazing.
