Great people with a great product
I've been dealing with a warranty claim process on another brand e-bike for months. I just purchased one of their Hey Bike e-bikes, and I'm very happy. Not only did they do a fantastic job on the sales, but they handled a service related question on my other e-bike that helped push it along the warranty repair process (saving me time and frustration).
