I've visited these guys twice. 1st , wanting to begin my ebike journey. And again to try to purchase a bike cover from them. Context: I live 1800 miles away, so not just around the corner. But, Scott was patient and initially answered my silly questions thoroughly. While I ended up buying in Montana, while I am in Knoxville I remembered how he treated me and wanted to spend money with them. Love, love, love these guys. Scott was incredibly helpful in helping me find a bike that they stocked. Loved my bike, had a small issue after a month and they had it resolved in about 5 minutes! Definitely gives me peace of mind that they know how to work on my expensive ebike. I've bought 2 bikes from wicked hubs now.
Best e-bike shop in all of knoxville Tn. Not only were there prices extremely reasonable but they did amazing work on my Surron lite b x. Scott is the sweetest guy he has an amazing work ethic. If I could have given this place 10 stars I would have

I have built and bought countless e vehicles, surron, onewheels, hyper scooters, e moto, e-bike, e go kart etc.. the owner me updated, made sure I had awesome customer service, and made sure I got the exact ride I wanted.
