Honestly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and very rude I had brought my bike to get looked at because of an e06 error code and keep in mind that, that’s an under voltage code and told me it’s my “outside charging connectors” I took it around Wednesday and has just now ordered the part a day or 2 ago and when I called to get an update they had forgotten that I ever came in
Great work in the past but absolutely terrible went for a estimate and only gave the same information without talking about price And got made I didn’t order from them even though online they gave me a better price very rude and wouldn’t give me a price or anything some days very nice but others rude and disrespectful
This guy was rude to a customer while I was picking up my bike from repair. Plus $40 for a half hour of labor is so bad I'm better off fixing it myself
What an awful experience! With friends, we bought a total of 4 bikes, totaling over $7000. Our friend did the research and after speaking with the manager, Scott about 2 different brands, Scott recommended Lectric bikes was our best option. He said they don’t keep them in stock due to space so he had to order them. When the bikes came in they said they tested them all.
