Owner/employee there is very chill shop is nice lots of useful information only bad part is that the store is located in a pretty bad part of Knoxville

Its been 2 weeks since I've purchased my bike from Scott down at Wicked Hubs. He was extremely helpful and great to work with. He let me try out all the different models I was interested in and was extremely knowledgeable. This tied with the fact they service E bikes that they sell made it really easy to purchase confidently instead of online. Couldn't be any happier with my purchase and to support a good local business.
Scott and Tucker are absolutely amazing. Best E-bike shop in the southeast, period. They helped me through a very difficult Eride pro 2.0 issue. I cannot thank you guys enough! The BEST!
This place is great! I didn't catch the guys name, but he couldn't have been more helpful. We brought in an off-brand ebike to his shop with brake issues. He stopped what he was doing and tuned the brakes while showing my son how he could tune them at home better than we were doing. This is our local now.
