Lost my tow eye cap on my rear bumper for my BMW. Called them to talk about what I needed done and the quote that another shop has given me already to get the small piece done. One of them said it will be a while before they can get me in, but they squeezed me in within the day of me calling them. Piece took a little longer to dry and be ready for wet sand and buffering and instead of me going back out to Caldwell the next week, one of their managers hand delivered it to me at my house. Low level con man? Scammer? Or just a bad business man with a penchant for lying? He took lots of money for work he said he was doing; lied about the work actually done until face-to-face next to the barely worked on body; lost parts; lied about when he'd be at the shop to pick up parts (but we did find one bent part left for us in the parking lot, having been driven over a few times). And didn't answere the phone once he knew he wasn't getting any more money.
