Fantastic spot for a fun night out. The food is great, staff is awesome!
Really strange energy at this place. The atmosphere felt off from the start, and the overall vibe was more uncomfortable than enjoyable. Staff interactions only added to it. Sadly wouldn’t recommend based on the experience alone.
The staff at Wicked Axe made the whole experience feel strange and uncomfortable. The energy from some employees was very off-putting, and bartender Emma was especially rude for no reason. Customer service goes a long way, and this place seriously needs improvement in how guests are treated!!!
Honestly disappointed with my experience at Wicked Axe. The atmosphere was uncomfortable from the moment we got there, mainly because of how some of the staff acted. One particular axe coach gave off really creepy vibes and made the experience feel awkward instead of fun. Customer service and professionalism matter, especially in a place that’s supposed to be welcoming and safe. Definitely not the experience I expected.
