I stopped by this morning, looking for septum jewelry. The girl working didn't seem to know anything about gauge sizes. She was rather cold and rude. Good news is, I went to, Culture, in the same mall and they knew sizing and were really helpful and nice. Throwing out the, Wicked, loyalty card. I'd much rather have good customer service.
Bought some clearance gauges. There was a bunch of sticky residue on them from being on display, they told me to just wash it off with alcohol and they'd be fine. Under the sticky residue showed a bunch of defects/holes in the acrylic that I couldn't see until getting home to clean them off. Now because they were a clearance item I cannot return or exchange them. What a waste of time and money. Not shopping there again to say the least.
I'm a regular customer of wicked and I have never had the help I did today from the girl working !! Usually they can't find My account with them but today she took the time to actually find it and her help was much appreciated ! Her customer service skills were amazing !! I didn't get her name but wish I did ! Honestly the best experience I have ever had there !
These girls are really amazing! EVERYTIME my family comes here we have such a great experience. The girl with the long dark hair and the short one with bangs fully helped me with what I was looking for. I love the atmosphere of this place. Thank you so much!!🫶🏾
