No one has been at the booth all week as I’ve been waiting to purchase, the phone number is out of service as well. Guessing no one works there anymore

The staff here is freaking rude! You should find another employee that knows how to communicate with the costumers.
I stopped by this morning, looking for septum jewelry. The girl working didn't seem to know anything about gauge sizes. She was rather cold and rude. Good news is, I went to, Culture, in the same mall and they knew sizing and were really helpful and nice. Throwing out the, Wicked, loyalty card. I'd much rather have good customer service.
