I bought some jewelry for my industrial 2 years ago and the quality has been great. I came by today to upgrade it and Frankie was helpful, quick and friendly. A good experience all around.
Was looking at stuff for a solid 5 minutes, and was ignored the whole time. The two girls working there were far too busy talking to each other, about their friend at the club, than to help me, so i just walked away with nothing! Maybe rethink your employees if you want to make sales…
I've been buying body jewelry from Wicked for the past six years and have had nothing but positive experiences. The service is always great and they have an awesome selection of jewelry. They are also extremely helpful when you're a dope and you accidentally buy the wrong size plugs (like I did :D)
