Terrible. Unprofessional. Lacks communication. Lacks organization. Lies, greedy and deceptive. I'm still waiting for a commission check after they claimed they mailed it out almost 2 weeks ago. Accused me of harassing them bc I'm trying to get to the bottom of where my money is. They dropped the ball on my client when it came to giving her the right keys and they dropped the ball again when she tried to access her mailbox. Turns out they forgot to request the transfer.
