Very disappointing experience. I called multiple times trying to get information and move forward with selling my vehicle, but the communication was poor and the process felt unnecessarily difficult. I was given the runaround instead of a clear answer, which wasted my time. If you are going to advertise that you buy vehicles, customers should be able to get straightforward communication and reliable follow-through. I ended up taking my business elsewhere and had a much smoother experience.
Mala atención no se respetan las garantias
