We had an excellent experience with the sales experience and product. Knowledgeable staff. Warning to those who make a purchase from here to be thorough with checking payment. We purchased items from Wichita Winsupply in October 2022 and received a receipt with a credit card authorization number at the time of this transaction. Assumed this transaction was a done deal at this time. Apparently Winsupply did not catch this error that the payment didn’t actually go through on their end in any of the rest of 2022 or 2023.
