A few months back on my car, they replaced the window switch. I had looked at it prior to taking it in, so I had a few of the screws out which I left and told Chris where to find them so that they could reattach it after replacing the switch, they did not do so, but the screws were gone, and now my door panel pops off every other time I shut the door.
