Having a 6 mo. old rv from another dealer in Omaha, NE my heat quit working. I'm 220 miles from home and here with my company vehicle. They were great enough to recommend another "on site" repair guy, knowing they were not going to make money from me. This in my mind makes for an A #1 business. Customer service is everything in business.

I would like to thank the folks at Wichita RV. Picked up our coach this morning after they had performed a few warranty repairs on our Coachman Signature Series fifth wheel. We purchased a Bighorn 3610RE 5th wheel from Wichita RV in October 2010 and have been very happy with our choice. We traded in an 05 Tahoe TT to upgrade for full timing. The folks at Wichita RV gave us an exceptional deal on the trade value and purchase price of the new unit. This was the best experience we ever had in purchasing an RV. We've had a few minor repairs needed, mostly due to the bitter cold here in Wichita, and the service department responded very promptly and fixed the problems. wichita rv deserves more than 5 stars,, Because they were so awesome, the people are extreamely nice and VERY patient, we had our kids and my uncle who is deaf/blind and did alot of looking and a ton of questions and everyone was so nice and patient, and were NOT pushy at all, very impressed, we have been to other rv dealers and they were rude, pushy and wichita rv was not, I wish we had a place like wichita rv back home growing up dealing with mean unpatient people, but being nervous and afraid of spending hours avoiding sa... read more
