I got four wisdom teeth removed. The receptionists were very kind. The surgeon was also very nice and I feel did an amazing job. But when it came to getting my medication that’s a whole different story. I only received some of my meds from the pharmacy, and after calling back and fourth from the oral surgery office and pharmacy, i still did not receive all my meds. I had two wisdom teeth taken out by Dr. Robertson and his team, and honestly, it couldn’t have gone any better. Cassie, Ashley, and everyone there made sure I knew exactly what to expect before the procedure. They answered all my questions, were super friendly, and made me feel totally at ease. The procedure itself was quick, painless, and way smoother than I imagined. Everyone was polite, easy to talk to, and just great overall. Definitely recommend them if you need your wisdom teeth out.
I had one rotted Molar and four wisdom teeth extracted. Was not in pain during procedure. Dr. Robertson did a fantastic job. Would definitely recommend. Sadly did not have dental insurance but the work needed to be done. The staff was very polite and professional very informative and they help me to get in sooner than expected due to intense pain from the molar.
If u need oral surgeon and have Medicare and medicaid they will waste your time and gas. When they set the appointment for me they told me over the phone they accepted both my insurances. And when I drove over an hr jus to get to the appointment they informed me they ONLY took my medicaid insurance. They didn't even call me the day before to confirm and double check my insurance.
