Doctors are competent, pleasant. Office staff is a nightmare to deal with for the most part. Being helpful is NOT part of their job description. Glasses in for DAYS without them notifying us; request for records slow-walked repeatedly; ignore requests about which contact number to use. My doctor for 10+ years, but it just wasn't worth dealing with office staff any longer.
