Very friendly, very helpful
I love this store so much, I came in having no idea on what I needed, they showed me everything and asked what I wanted to do with my nails, they only sold me what I came in for, a very honest business, which is hard to find. Right when you walk in you are seen by the owners (or the their little doggie)I love this place so much and will be coming back. I feel so bad coming in and being so clueless but the owner is so helpful and is slow with me, she explains all the term and is just a sweet person!
My friend and i stopped in to purchase a nail kit. I've never been to the store so as I'm looking around i immediately felt like i was in the movie where the shop owners kept repeating "hurry up and buy" i was so uncomfortable i knew i would not make a purchase..it just doesn't feel right to spend money with rude people like that..my friend made a purchase but then changed her mind because she also felt out of place there unfortunately they have a no return policy. We will not return!!
The staff was extremely rude and wouldn’t properly answer my questions. This was my first time here, and I was just trying to find what I needed. Made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, so I won’t be returning.
