I cannot recommend Wichita Heating & Cooling enough! They are a fantastic, local, family-run business right in our community. My AC stopped working on a very hot day. I spoke to Angela to schedule an appointment and she is very courteous and accommodating. The technicians, Angel and Miguel, were awesome to work with. They had to go up onto my flat roof in the grueling heat to troubleshoot the issue. They quickly diagnosed a bad capacitor, replaced it, and added a pound of refrigerant to handle a slow leak. I have been with them for over 5 years. Excellent service. Ramon is amazing. However they keep bumping prices up and up each year. My maintenance went from over $100 to now over $300. And replacing a hose connector to around $100. We can't keep up with so many increases
My wife was scheduled for a serious heart procedure consultation and temperatures on this day were projected to exceed 100 degrees... naturally my homes AC unit was acting up. I called Wichita Heating & Cooling and everyone from the person on the phone that I spoke to, to the tech that came right out was wonderful!
