What an AWFUL company. The roadside services they use are an embarrassment and terrible. They up your monthly payment whenever they want with no explanation or warning. You're on hold to get to a person for FOREVER! If you pay 90 seconds past midnight they cancel your policy and then charge you an additional $25 even if you'd never been late before. And I don't consider 5 minutes past midnight to be late. What a scam. Insurance as a whole is a sham.
