Absolutely love this place! I’ve been working out of my basement for over a year and I was ready for a group style work-out and a place where I can challenge myself more. So far every work-out has absolutely been killer I love the variations , the atmosphere, and how quickly the work-outs go by!! This is exactly what I needed and I’m ready for this boot camp to take me to new levels!!
Beyond great, coaches are excellent, but too expensive for most ppl $49 for a 3 day wk plus $39 a yr. I'm guessing for gym up keep, but I did love it.
