Finding this gym has been a game changer for me! I love that classes are only 30 minutes long but power packed. Every day is different but still hits a little bit of everything so I feel like my whole body is getting toned while squeezing a little bit of cardio in. My clothes fit better but the best parts are my increased energy levels and lifted moods. The coaches are great, quick to correct forms and offer encouragement. They have created an environment that is welcoming and encouraging for people of all fitness levels!
Omega training has the best coaches to keep you engaged and motivated! I enjoy coming to my classes and the best part of it all, is it’s only a 30 min class.
I joined this place in March 2024. The coaches are wonderful and the community is awesome. Even though I have the coordination and the balance of a sloth, the coaches are always there to help me making sure that I’m getting the correct form! Also 30 minutes is just the perfect amount of time to get in a killer workout. If you are looking for a place to get fit and make some new friends this is the place!
You guys are doing amazing. I have enjoyed the work outs as I have never done something like this. I have very much enjoyed doing the different exercises in the 4 days that i have been in.
I lost 2lbs already I love it at fitbody gym the omega training is funny thanks for helping me with my energy and making me feel more loving about myself
