Dr. Nassif was very caring and informative and went over everything with me prior ensuring I understand exactly what to expect. The pre procedure staff that prepped me and went over all the details were so amazing. They deserve 5 stars. But it doesn't overshadow the rest. The post care was a very different experience for me. I was not awoken by ANY of the staff that I interacted with prior. I had a woman wake me up gently and walk over to the counter with her back to me. The staff here is excellent and Dr. Nassif really goes the extra mile to listen and advocate for his patients. This isn’t an office you call and get put on hold for 30 minutes- it’s full of real people who answer the phone and are kind, courteous and make the effort to put your mind at ease. Dr. has accomplished in a few months what my old provider failed to do in years!!! I had an appointment with Dr. Nassif today. The staff was friendly and outgoing. Dr Nassif was very informative, professional and had a great attitude. He took his time to answer all my questions. He laid out a detailed plan to help me with my symptoms. I have confidence and look forward to being under his care. I'd recommend him to anyone.
Fantastic Staff. Wonderful fun man in Dr. Nassif. Very comforting and encouraging. Sure, a little bit if a wait, but I'm a business owner and I have to tell customers they have to wait 90 plus days for it services.
