If you are considering ICT Home Pros, save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. My roofing project began on July 18, 2026, and quickly became a disaster. By July 23, major structural issues appeared. Despite sending detailed photos, texts, and calling repeatedly, my communication was completely ignored. The owner took time out and repaired a lot of things that his crew did incorrectly. Their project manager was very rude.

These people are the worst I've called them three different time for three different things and each time they say they'll be out no one show's up or call's me to say we cant make it very unprofessional.

Very happy with my new roof, I would refer ICT Home Pros to anyone. The crew was there early and ready to work as soon as they got there. Great company to work with, I have alot I want to do with my house and I have a company I can trust to get it done.

Lori Session Wichita KS I was excited to get my new Bathroom love it a lot , they also did my roof guttering replace front of house trim paneling and painted . I will down the road use them again. Thanks you Nathan for all you hard work and ICT .
