Don Stacey is rude as hell, she doesn’t care about the residents or staff. My aunt is living in there & I want her to leave so bad. Facility needs a new a new DON & the whole place would be better

This place needs to be shut down. State needs to get involved. Staff is mistreated, patients don't get proper care due to short staff. D.O.N. won't allow Covid testing anymore even though they have patients and staff that have tested positive. They have mice/rats running all over the place. D.O.N. won't let patients go to hospital when needed & has resulted in a patient going into a coma as she was finally headed to the hospital. Place is rude and dilapidated, they aren't up to Ada standards by any means. Rooms aren't clean and generally a mess. Im not one to write reviews but when you have a family member living in unsafe filth you say something. I hope state comes soon. Examples holes in the floors, flooring peeling up and they have tape over it. With as much as a place like this makes they should have no problem remodeling.
