I cannot even give her stars, but had to do at least one to post. We had a horribly unethical experience trying to purchase one of the properties she listed. We had a contingency on it for 60 days. I am completely aware that another offer can be accepted, but you still have to follow the protocols in place by the real estate commission. None of which were done.
