It's a good place, thanks for the help. But the woman who is in recession does not serve well and she is rude and arrogant.
Good staff
I love and appreciate the help I get from the organization but am only giving 4 stars because most of the time because I feel like the first people you interact should be helpful, friendly, and patient, and the ladies at the front desk often are short and curt. Most of the time I feel rushed and feel like they do the absolute minimal to getyou on to the next person. Maybe a smile and "How's your day" could improve this issue.
