Twice now I have had appointments that I have missed work for and they never called me. The first time they claimed it got reschedule but “forgot” to let me know. The second time they kept lying to me saying they called my number, but I was waiting for a phone call for 20 min before the assigned time and never got one, just say you forgot you scheduled an appointment with me. Additionally, I have emailed prescription change paperwork to the nutritionist and received no word back and haven’t seen any changes reflected. When I... read more
