I've been calling for 3mos now trying to schedule and appt. Since they said I missed my appt but never notified me and I have yet to be contacted on top of the tens of voicemail I left. At this point im going to go to the office and demand they fill mb benefit I'm not gonna wait for an appt longer than I already have.
Absolutely ridiculous and embarrassing for the wait on the phone. I had an 8am appointment and never received a call! I HAD TO CALL AND I WAS ON HOLD FOR FOUR HOURS.
