Useless. Rude. They dont know how to answer a phone. I've been trying to get things situated for about two months now and im still not getting help. I'd recommend going to a different WIC. They are not helpful at all.
They completely cut me off because they didn't keep there appointment. So they punish you for it and cut you off.
Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They even throw mom's-to-be a baby shower! Yes there might be a wait sometimes. There are other office's in the same building and the parking lot is big too.
