I have been coming to Palm Springs Family Dentistry for about 2 years now. They are friendly and accommodating. I was running late to my last appointment and I made sure to call and let them know. As soon as I arrived they took me right in. Staff is great and always have a smile.

Appointments are always a breeze at PS Family + Cosmetic dentistry. Their system of multi -platform reminders, a friendly and warm front desk staff, my right on- time skilled and friendly hygienist, Trish, and of course, Dr. Shepard's calm and professional manner have eliminated the fear and anxiety I used to experience about going to the dentist. I also appreciate their emphasis on preventative dental maintenance, which I am sure has allowed me to bypass the more elaborate tools of their trade!
Dr. Shepherd and his staff are wonderful! They treat you with respect and listen to you. All the work I have had done there is perfect.
Excellent 1st visit experience, friendly knowledgable staff and dentist. Very efficient office with great energy and atmosphere.
Steve is a great hygienist and the entire staff is so friendly. Dr. Tom is wonderful and we are so happy our dentist in Woodland Hills, CA referred us here...especially since Dr. Tom is her personal dentist!
I can't say enough to praise Dr. Shepherd and all his staff. The entire culture of the practice seems based on the perfect combination of friendliness and professionalism.
Another excellent experience with Trish the Hygienist! She is very thorough and professional not to mention a good conversationalist (though thank goodness she does not ask questions requiring responses while working on your teeth!). The office staff was also very pleasant and helpful.
