My appointment was set for today at 1pm , nobody called and then when I called a hour late the lady . The dude female got smart talking about well you just have to wait someone call you but if it was on the other foot it would’ve been oh you should’ve called your appointment time like come on I need items for my daughter today ! Don’t got the energy for lazy smart mouths .

The workers and their supervisors are trash my last appointment was about a month ago and the appointment was for 10::30am they ended up calling me around 9:30am which is no problem for me at that time I was on my way to take my son to daycare and I let them know as soon as I got back I will provide all of the documents that they requested when I came back and provided the documents that they requested I was told that I would have to be rescheduled because my appointment was for 9:00 a.m. and she was going home at 1pm and I ... read more
