So rude, as soon as I got there the older front desk lady already had an attitude about certain paperwork being incorrect and wanting to reschedule my appointment. Mind you I’m a week postpartum still recovering from a C-section so it was already hard enough to make it to that appointment. If they wanted to reschedule me they could’ve just called me to do so before I went into the office. They act like the help they give out comes out of their paycheck or something.
Super rude! We just left the office and the front office lady was obviously having a rough morning, she was upset because we didn’t have documentation upload. However, we had all the documentation with us. She proceeded to question how we live off of our family income. We understand we weren’t prepared but she told us we had three minutes to try to submit the paperwork online or reschedule because they’re short staffed and having a staff meeting. These people are not good at their jobs
Honestly wish I could give 0 my wife went in with our 3 children. The ladies in the front were super disrespectful to her. They continued to say really ugly things about her in Spanish thinking she didn’t understand them when she did. This location is very disrespectful and completely treats people who come in for help like we are nothing to them very degrading.
