If i could give half a star i would. Staff is completely useless nobody in there wants to do their job. Been dealing with that terrible older lady since the day my daughter was born. I recommend NOT going here for ANYTHING absolutely terrible. Im disgusted.
So rude, as soon as I got there the older front desk lady already had an attitude about certain paperwork being incorrect and wanting to reschedule my appointment. Mind you I’m a week postpartum still recovering from a C-section so it was already hard enough to make it to that appointment. If they wanted to reschedule me they could’ve just called me to do so before I went into the office. They act like the help they give out comes out of their paycheck or something.
Super rude! We just left the office and the front office lady was obviously having a rough morning, she was upset because we didn’t have documentation upload. However, we had all the documentation with us. She proceeded to question how we live off of our family income. We understand we weren’t prepared but she told us we had three minutes to try to submit the paperwork online or reschedule because they’re short staffed and having a staff meeting.
