Honestly wish I could give 0 my wife went in with our 3 children. The ladies in the front were super disrespectful to her. They continued to say really ugly things about her in Spanish thinking she didn’t understand them when she did. This location is very disrespectful and completely treats people who come in for help like we are nothing to them very degrading.

Absolutely rude, condescending and unhelpful. I came in to this office today because it was the most convenient and all I needed was my card reloaded. A woman asked for my name and I told her, but explained I didn’t have an appointment and I was just there to reload my card. She said that’s something I need an appointment for but she’d take me. She clearly was annoyed I was there and let it show. Mind you there was only one other person there. Once I gave her my card she asked why I was coming to this location and I explaine... read more
