If you’re a foster parent, run! They are not trained on how to do intakes and re-certifications for foster kids.
The front desk person Jackie I believe is nothing but a dictator. Or at least she thinks she is. Nothing like a front desk receptionist telling you how to manage your own kids in the office. Do better WIC she’s been a problem for years!!!!!
WIC in Springfield are rude and they are arrogant. Call requests for information and the lady that pick up the she is so nasty
The customer service over the phone is awful. You get response like you are disturbing their time. I don't like giving bad review but this one smh. The nutrionist are awesome but those ladies up front smh not sure why their issues is. Definitely need a customer service training.
