I love the staff! Miss Robin whether @ computer or on phone always acknowledges me and says hello as soon as I walk in the door. Miss Leslie has such a personal demeanor and sharp memory. She remembered an issue I had with a tooth months ago and asked concerning it. Dr. Baum is a blessing; very endearing personality! And only dentist that has given me a simple/comprehensive oral care plan. All other dentists under whose care I've been, have wanted to perform all these 'extra' procedures and no guaranteed outcome. Everyone is very kind, considerate and personable. This type of atmosphere makes it almost a pleasure to go to the dentist.
Always a very pleasant experience. Everyone is friendly and courteous. Have been going to Dr Baum for several years and will continue to do so. Robin greets me with a smile and is so helpful with a schedule that works well for me. Dr Baum is super also.
