I don't know what I expected going in, but it was an amazing experience. Everyone was thoughtful and kind. They answered every question I had. There were a lot of resources and guidance to understanding them. All the ladies there were outstanding. I hope everyone's experience going to the WIC office is as beneficial as it was for me and my family.
Policies must have changed after reading the reviews because I was given an appointment a week in advance. Staff were also very friendly and courteous.
Terrible with communication. I’ve missed two appointments because of them. And never send anything to let you know if things change.
