everytime i have called this clinic i have been faced w rudeness and judgemental ppl. Maybe i'm just pregnant and sensitive but they were rude.
‼️BE PREPARED TO BE GIVEN A MILLION REASONS WHY YOU SHOULDN’T RESCHEDULE & BE BELITTLED WHEN YOU TRY TO RESCHEDULE‼️ It’s no wonder they have a 2.5 rating. I just got off the phone with their office attempting to reschedule my babies appointment for today and while I’m aware it’s a last minute reschedule at the end of the day I don’t think it’s truly any of their business or concern why I’m having to reschedule. I don't know what I expected going in, but it was an amazing experience. Everyone was thoughtful and kind. They answered every question I had. There were a lot of resources and guidance to understanding them. All the ladies there were outstanding. I hope everyone's experience going to the WIC office is as beneficial as it was for me and my family.
