The last year on WIC has been such a gift. Every appointment has been quick and to the point, if scheduling issues come up they call and are very helpful. Also the employees have always been so kind and caring trying to make the entire experience run smoothly. Overall had an amazing experience with WIC and so grateful to have been able to benefit from this program.

Had an appointment scheduled for 10:15, never received a call so at 1035 I called them left a voicemail get a call at 1040 for my appointment but I missed it since I was leaving a voicemail at the office, get a voicemail on my phone saying I need to reschedule cuz I missed my appointment smh and I'm still waiting for a call back. Just bs. Always bs with this office.

I sometimes have issues with the card not working which is extremely frustrating in the moment but overall WIC is very supportive and very helpful. Sometimes it can be hard to get in I wish sometimes there were more available but overall not a bad place at all I am grateful for their help! The one lady in there I believe her name was Tee she was SO SWEET and helpful! I give her personally 5 stars.

I've been coming here for a year, appointments are always fairly quick and the wait time has never been bad. I've had to call a few times and sometimes I'm placed on hold, and sometimes they are quick to pick up. It really depends on the time of day you call and how busy they are. All the staff are kind, respectful, and polite. I've been on WIC in three different states and this is a good one, trust me. :)
