My appointment was originally at the boilingbrook location at 2pm and I had arrived at the Joliet location at 1:50. Upon arrival the clerk searched high and low for me and they could not find me in the system the clerk somehow was a blessing and was able to push me through to get seen regardless.i proceed to see Susana who was nothing less than graceful! They never answer the phone. Called multiple times and someone even answered then hung up.
The Past few days I’ve been calling to talk to someone and they say everyone is busy or they transfer me over to leave a message to call me back AND I WAIT AND NO ONE ENDS UP CALLING
