Receptionist “Elia” deserves 0 stars. I greeted her with a kind hello as soon as I came in, she was looking down at her phone, didn’t acknowledge me at all. I stood there for about 3 minutes with my daughter in arms, YOU CAN DEFINITELY FEEL WHEN SOMEONE IS RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU. She proceeds to ignore me, I go take a seat waiting to be called. My appointment was originally at the boilingbrook location at 2pm and I had arrived at the Joliet location at 1:50. Upon arrival the clerk searched high and low for me and they could not find me in the system the clerk somehow was a blessing and was able to push me through to get seen regardless.i proceed to see Susana who was nothing less than graceful!
