If you haven’t visited CEDA WIC Rolling Meadows yet, I highly recommend going. The staff is very friendly, patient, and helpful, and they really take the time to guide you through the whole process. They make everything easy to understand, especially if it’s your first time using WIC services. The environment is welcoming, and they are always willing to answer questions and make sure you feel comfortable. Easiest wic office to go to. Quick visits. You're able to text pictures of documents in, which is really helpful and they've always been really nice and accommodating when possible.

Update: Office is completely unorganized. I recently had an appointment virtually last week. The only way you are able to have a virtual appointment is if you're sick or an immigrant, according to the lady. Yup, you read that correctly! After my virtual appointment, because we were sick, was informed by the nutritionist that I needed a certain document to get my benefits and wouldnt need to return for 6 months. I had the doctor's office fax what was needed. I waited a week, never heard back from wic. (I was told I would get ... read more
