Very rude and nasty customer service. The worst location to ever go to. One of the staff has a nasty attitude don't know how to talk to adults. She said my last name wrong and going to say oh you didn't here me calling you in aggressive way. Please train yall employees better.
They drop the ball royally! Positioned at the begining of life for Newborn Baltimorians and their caretakers, this could have been the opportunity for younger women and men to be educated and nurtured by elder women in our community, but instead these so called leaders set a tone of hostility, ego and are distracted from serving our communities with guidance and knowledge that we so desperately need. Petty Power and the Peter Principle is such a clever strategy to destroy people.
