Can no one here answer the dang phone
It never fails when I call no one answers. I wish appointments would go back to in person because they NEVER call on time. My appointment yesterday was scheduled for 10 AM and I didn’t get a call until after 3 pm. As someone who works an 8-5 I don’t have time to just hop on a call that takes an hour. I’ve mentioned this issue before and was supposed to be getting texts before they call but that hasn’t been happening either.
Every woman I talked to was so helpful & sweet
My first impression, I would give 0 stars if I could. Please post the correct hours of operation on the business and website. Also, please be more respectful to those you talk too on the phone.
Apparently answering the phone is not something they do... so good luck!!
