Kicked me off wic and I have no idea why. Really tired of having to re apply.
We always have such a pleasant experience with the wic staff they are amazing
Horrible. I just moved here with my 2 small infants from Ohio. They got wic there.. my newborn is now almost out of formula and I've tried to call 2 days in a row now and I'm just on hold for over an hour. Nobody answers the phone. How am I supposed to get assistance when they can't even do their job and answer a phone call. Cincinnati is a whole lot busier and a bigger city than here and I've never had an issue getting them to answer calls there. And they are WAY BUSIER THAN TERRE HAUTE INDIANA. What in the world. One of the secretary's needs better customer service, doesn't listen to the actual voice messages left by clients, talks to you as if your a child and rushes the phone call.
