I called to ask if they give free diapers/ wipes to mothers in need and the lady that answered had the worst attitude and said "what are you talking about" and I asked again if they give free diapers and wipes and she said "we never give wipes so whoever gave you that information lied. And we sometimes give diapers but we aren't doing that right now"
A few years ago when I had my c-section an employee from wic had lend me a nursing pump and said to pump every hour while I was recovering from my c-section and so I proceed to do exactly that and put it away after pumping, the employee proceeded to come in my room in the hospital and questioned me as if I was lying about pumping and gave me the worst attitude. I had kept it to myself for years cause my whole time at the hospital was a bad experience but I don’t understand giving a new mom a hard time for no reason.
