Stopped by on September 2, 2025, maybe around 10am to return two unopened cans of formula since my baby switched due to GI issues. The lady who called me in (early 30s, light brown honey eyes) had the nerve to ask, 'If you knew you were changing formulas, why’d you buy these new cans?' 🤥…Well, let’s see… the WIC office was closed for Labor Day, and my newborn who eats every two hours needed formula to hold her down. If I’m able to put ZERO stars I would. First of all I went Friday for a consultation to get nexplanon. Stephany specifically stated I can have intercourse as longest I take the bc I’m taking and using protection which I did. I came Monday(today) and they asked me if I had intercourse and I said yes with protection and with my bc so because of that the refused to instert nexplanon.
