EDIT: I brought this review from 1 star to 4 star after Wi West followed through with their promise of a full refund for the diagnostic fee. Massive kudos to them for owning the mistake and fully resolving it ASAP in a polite and professional manner, much appreciated guys. Brought my ps5 in because the 2 back usb ports were broken and needed cleaning. Before I couldn't do anything and my fan was loud now its quiet and I can use my USB ports now and I only waited 1 week (UPDATE) Im glad both my back usb ports are working but when I went to go plug in my mouse into my front usb port it didnt work I thought it was just the mouse but when I plugged my steering wheel into the front and it didnt work I knew something happend during that time so if I can I need to get into contact with someone plz
