I hired Whyte Plumbing, Inc. & Pipe Dr USA to fix a leaky pipe, but the experience was terrible. The plumber was late, and when he finally arrived, he seemed uninterested in fixing the problem. The repair was also shoddy, and the pipe started leaking again within a week. The company didn't respond to my complaints and refused to fix the issue. Would not recommend.
I used Whyte Plumbing, Inc. & Pipe Dr USA to install a new water heater, but the service was disappointing. The plumber was friendly, but the installation took longer than expected, and the price was higher than quoted. The plumber also didn't clean up after himself, leaving a mess for me to deal with. Not impressed.
David is a very knowledgeable person and straight forward. A pleasure to work with and he was able to fix a lot of issues in my house as well as troubleshoot other things I wasn’t aware of.
These guys are the best. They leave with everything cleaner then when they got here and follow-up to make sure it works and we are happy. Who does that anymore??? The price was very competitive as well. Highly recommend. Completed the job as promised ON TIME. A+++++ Just look at the before and after pics
This father & son team installed a tankless system in 2024. They responded to our request quickly and came on Saturday to meet our needs. They did a great job!
