Whyte Plumbing did a great job! I've known David Whyte for over 12 years, and he installed my water heater about 8 years ago. We decided to upgrade to a Tankless Heater this last week, which he and his son Daniel installed in about four hours. All is working perfectly, and I'm very pleased. Great job, guys!!! (See the before and after pictures, which I've enclosed)
David Whyte and his son Dan are plumbers I can trust. They installed a seismic earthquake valve at my home for a reasonable charge. They were polite and responsive to my questions. I will definitely use them again. Before and after photos.
Grohe recommended David as a plumber for their products. David responded to my call the same day. He advised me to purchase the parts directly from Grohe to secure the best price & he would perform the installation. David showed up the same day that I called him along with his son, Daniel. They did not smell like plumbers 😬 He brought with him the most plumber tools I have ever seen. “Dr. Whyte” performed emergency surgery on my shower and corrected the mistakes other plumbers had made. Family owned business, David & Daniel were awesome. We had a hot water pipe leak in our slab which turned out to be a nightmare. Our slab was not up to code, concrete was more than 4 inches, more like 9-12 inches, still couldn’t get to the pipe. Instead of tearing up our flooring even more, he suggested we reroute the hot water line through our attic. David & his son were prompt, professional, courteous, and transparent. I have an older GROHE shower system which required creativity and decades of know-how to fix. David made a new shower cartridge model work perfectly with an older system. I have no doubt most plumbers would've given-up ... but not David. Will definitely be using his services again. A+
