Dr. Kian showed me before and after pictures of his work, which gave me both confidence in the quality of his work and relief that he caught opportunities for preventative maintenance. I've gone twice now. Easy access by transit. Apparently they have free parking but I haven't used it. They usually get me in pretty quickly and if something opens up sooner, they let me know. They understood NIHB and other insurances pretty well. So they were able to run my info/policy quickly. They also explained the dental procedures super well. And were able to tell me what I need to do better and stuff that I should keep an eye out for. Definitely recommend them!
I highly recommend Whyte Ave Dental Choice. My experience there has been positive every time! Dr. Nguyen and Renato make a great team, offering clear and concise explanations of the work that they are doing and making sure that you are comfortable throughout each procedure. Their staff and administration are always very friendly, kind, considerate and informative. These are the reasons for my rating and why my choice is Whyte Ave Dental Choice!
I have been going to this clinic since 2006 and have never had a bad experience. The staff are all professional, friendly and have always tried their best to accommodate any request make. They make it so I don't dread going to the dentist.
I switched to Whyte Ave Dental Choice about two years ago and I cannot say enough positive things about this place. All the staff are very friendly and professional. The environment is clean, organized, and efficient. You can call for a service quote ahead of time, there is no pressure, judgement, or unexpected costs. I've referred people here and will continue to do so in the future!
