Been going there for 8 plus years and they want to charge me $40 for my daughter to have her eye exam done (who is on state insurance). They said it now has to do with a new policy but yet I was never informed and have not missed any scheduled appointments. Kind of not ok when we’re not the ones who messed up the appointments. Also they can mess up our billing for my husband time and time again but we have let that go.. maybe the owner shouldn’t take state insurance if we have to pay anyways for an appointment. Not right and... read more

I go to the one on Ingersoll the optometrist is great but the people that help you with the glasses suck they are more worried about the manufacturer that makes the glasses then the customer I’m very disappointed the young lady was rude to me

I have been a patient here for YEARS, but I'm done. The doctor is nice, but the staff not so much. The prices of the glasses are outrageous, and the quality is poor. I keep having to take them in for repairs. Now, in order to make an appointment, they want my credit card number. They want to charge me $1 to be sure it's active. I understand charging me if I miss an appointment, lots of doctors do that. But charging to see if it is active- that's what scammers do. Don't waste your time and hard earned money here.
