Negative rating, what a scam! Move out was completed on the day of the contract empty and clean as documented with photo and yet I am being harassed to pay an additional month. Why? No other storage facility I ever used has tried to obtain payment for time after it was vacated. Especially as they will rent it and profit from it twice? Thieves, not possible to pay the month but happy to go to small claims court where they can explain this assault on grandma to a judge.
