I ordered a to-go order. I'm from out of town so I called 4 times before I FINALLY got an answer. I placed my order but was quickly followed up by, "well, I was told if I took your order, you need to pay in advance." I responded, "ok. That's fine." Gave all my info and waited for my fiance to go pick it up. He returned no sauces at all. I asked for extra ranch and I just assumed marina would be with the cheese sticks. Ordered food off of door dash at 11 because it states there store opens at 11, I scheduled it for pick up why not wings says it’s opened online told door dash they were preparing my order and that my order was ready at 11:30 I get here and mind you I was already charged… nobody is here at all. No signs on the doors or anything I am livid. It only did that waste my $56 that I now have to wait a week to return back on my card but I wasted time and gas while working!! Won’t be ordering from here again. Very unprofessional.
My coworker and I walked in and we couldn't hear a thing due to how loud the music was and all the curse words in the songs was just inappropriate. It was so loud that they didnt hear us walk in. I had to YELL hello twice b4 anyone came upfront. We placed our order and she got 1/2 of it wrong. Its going to be a long time b4 I visit this place.
