Unprofessional. Appointment was made weeks in advance. Technician never showed up. Called and was told “these things happen, someone called out”. I was never called or notified of any cancellation, causing missed time at work without even an apology. Take your business elsewhere.
Had my furnace and ductwork replaced and couldn't be happier with WHY mechanical. Service exceeded expectations. Excellent communication. Fair price no hidden charges. Would recommend WHY without hesitation. Thanks Joe!
