This was one of the best experiences I have ever had with an automotive service center. My car needed a new battery. It was worked on almost immediately. The quote was fair and price was exactly as discussed. I have since recommended Why Go to the Dealer to two other friends because this was such an excellent shop.
I called mark right after I was rearended. I had never had a car accident in the state of florida. He calmed me down talked me thru it and repaired the damage to my bumper all in one week. Not only is he a great mechanic and businessman he is a good friend.!

I contacted mark and the guys at why go to the dealer because first off he was recommended. Secondly I wanted a second opinion. And he was honest, upfront, and even showed me what I needed done and exactly how long it would take to do, gave me a good price, actually came in almost $200 less than my first quote and that's with 2 new tires.
