I have been trying to get in touch with John and although I know he cannot talk to me about my kid, my kid is spiraling out of control and rather him listen to me he ignores me and says that they are closed when in fact my kid had an appointment with him. I know this because her dad was there for the appointment. I’m very disappointed in her treatment and the lack of co cern they have for her.
